How and when will my purchases be delivered?

Your order will be sent via La Poste. We offer a Standard Delivery service, where orders are sent recorded delivery at a cost of 3,5€ for France, 8€ for European orders and 10€ for International orders. We aim to deliver most Standard Delivery orders within three to four business days if the items are in stock. Delivery time will be longer for orders outside of France.

Do you deliver outside of France?

Yes. We deliver globaly.

What size ring do I need?

Cube bracelets :

We offer 3 sizes :

• baby 0-4 years
• kids 5-12 years
• adults

Rings :

All our rings come in standard French sizes 50 – 52 – 54 – 56. Please note that rings on a chain fit smaller.

How do I look after my jewellery?

Many factors can influence the wear and tear of jewellery. Therefore you should make sure that your jewellery is properly cleaned, repaired and stored. Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold to minimise these effects. Ideally, store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch and try to keep pieces apart, so that they dont rub together or tangle up. It is also recommended that you visit a jeweller once a year to have your jewellery cleaned professionally. This will keep them looking their best.

Care of Silver

Like all jewellery, avoid wearing silver in chlorinated water. This will discolour it. also make sure that silver is stored away from excessive light and air as these can further tarnish the jewellery. Keep the silver in a dark, cool and dry place. Silver can tarnish very easily. To help prevent this, simply clean with a mild soap and water solution. Alternatively, a silver cleaner or soft felt cloth may be used, but tissue paper or paper towels will cause scratches.

How do I return goods?

All goods must be returned with its orignal packaging complete and not alterned. If the product is dammaged we will not be able to proceed to its refund or exhange.

Do You change the cotton link ?

Yes we do free of charge. We offer two solutions :

1- please send us back your item and color and size wanted and add a stamped envelop for return to Very Sisters 16, rue Charles Laffitte 92200 Neuilly Sur Seine - France

2- If you know how to tie the nodes we will be happy to send you the cotton directly, please email us your address and color to contact@verysisters.com
